Tantra Chocolate™ products are all handmade and thus most are highly perishable. We guarantee our gift products to be of the highest quality, and we strive to maintain this quality for every delivery.

REFUNDS OR RETURNS

If the purchaser believes we have not met our goal, please contact us within two business days of the delivery date on the order with enough information to allow us to understand the situation. We will make every attempt to correct any deficiency on our part through replacement of the item in question or refund of an applicable portion of the total price.

Our philosophy is to give you the best service possible. You can write or call us and we will do our best to do the right thing.

Our web gives our customers the weights, dimensions and other information re the items. We are accessible on the website. The purchaser assumes all responsibility re the correctness of the size, color and so on of any and all selected items as appropriate. Tantra Chocolate™ will not offer replacements or refunds for reasons of size, weight, color or disputes over value. Tantra Chocolate™ is not responsible for personal issues in regardds to taste or selection or like "change of mind" situations or where personal taste differences occur.

Tantra Chocolate™ is not responsible for changes submitted once the submitted date for shipping has been completed. This is especially true of items shipped overnight or second day air. If you have changes that are needed, please make arrangements to have the package picked up or taken by someone.

Tantra Chocolate™ is not responsible for any damages or nondelivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
